Checkout skips from Payment Info to Confirmation

I am a new user of osCommerce and am trying to setup a store which will use Ogone as payment module.

 

However when I try, checkout a basket, fill in my info, select shipping, the store seems to skip right to the Confirmation without ever shower me an Ogone page or even a credit card field.

 

Any clue to what I'm doing wrong here?

 

Also, at the Payment Information page it says "This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order" without telling the user what type of payment will be used (Ogone). It now looks as if no payment method is selected.

in admin->modules->payment make sure the payment module you mention is installed.

It's installed.

And I provided all Ogone module settings that can be set.

 

In the meantime, I read a post where a user solved the problem by 'resetting the server'. Problem is I don't know how to do this.
