Guest
A customer got as far as printing the order confirmation page. I do not know at this time if they have to finally confirm the order at this point as I have only just gone live and the gentleman who put up the site is not available to help at this time. Is there any way that I can look at these to see if the order has been completed or left hanging?
♥Vger
If they did not proceed from the Order Confirmation page to the Success page then the order was not completed. There is a contribution called 'Recover Carts' which allows you to recover information on people's Shopping Carts - useful if they do complete an order but for some reason the order confirmations don't get e-mailed out. satish
Hi, well you need tot ell which payment gateway and which contribution of the payment gateway was used. Secondly all the orders are ther in the dat abse and can be seen thru Admin panel if the process cycle of order was complete which should be the case if the client got an order confirmation page displayed. The other probability of you loosing on order details is if by any chance the data base was modified by restore or thru EP. The Confirmation page in osCommerce is the page BEFORE going to the payment processor and/or going to the Success page. This post was about a customer who only went as far as the Confirmation page, so no order would have been placed. Vger
