URGENT help (very small problem) about ssl

well finally i installed SSL and my site is ready for use

but when im trying to access https then im getting this error:

"Welcome to DOMAIN.com

To change this page, upload a new index.html to your private_html folder"

 

how can i solve this small problem?

(i think that by copying all files from public_html the problem will be solved but i dont want to do so)

Sorry, but your hosting company uses one of those rubbish (and very old) two-folder systems, one for http documents and a seperate one for https. So you have no choice but to duplicate all files/folders in the private_html folder. You can then remove the 'admin' folder from the public_html folder.
