Easy Populate Problems

I think I've sorted most of the problems I've experienced so far, and when I download the 'Model/Price/Qty tab-delimited .txt file to edit' and then upload it again it comes out fine.

 

But when I download the 'Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit' and then upload it, I get this:

most likely an apostrophe doesnt have a \ before it
