automatic price reductions - Help needed!

Hi, I wonder if somebody can help me out here.

 

On my website I sell guitarist backing tracks and what I would like to do is an automatic price reduction in the shopping cart i.e.

 

1 to 10 tracks = 3.99 per track

11 to 15 tracks = 2.99 per track

from 15 tracks = 2.49 per track (hope you know what I mean)

 

Is there a way I can program this in to the OS cart, so it does this automatically??
