cscomputers
Hi, twice now when I go to install the products that I sell on my website through Admin, after I get a few installed I go to the home page to see what it's looking like and my home page is gone and only this error message that I don't kmow what it means is displated. It says this... Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'candyman@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /home/candyman/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! Why does this keep happening and what can be done to stop it from happening again? :'( Thank you, Jim O
mark27uk3
Hi Jim, You need to speak to your host about this problem. It is caused by your site being on densly or over populated server. Your host will have set the amount of maximum connections allowed to their mysql server and once these connections are used up the next user has to wait until one is free. This happened to me as my site traffic increased and my host kindly allowed me to move to a different server with less sites accessing the mysql database. This is not an osc related problem. I hope this helps. Mark Lifes a bitch, then you marry one, then you die!
