Paypal IPN - Resume order from "Preparing IPN"

I need to know if customers who tried to order from my store and their order is in the "Preparing [Paypal IPN]" stage, if they can log back in and somehow finalize this order.

 

The reason being is that some customers maybe didnt hit the return to store button for it to send the payment to Paypal to actually finalize the order in which it would then be in the "Pending" stage.

 

Any ideas?
