SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql

New Installation

Database Import

The following error has occurred:

SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql

I am getting this when I am trying to get the install to import mysql data...

I have tried moving things around to make the /install/ right... because tech it sould be /whatever/so on/catalog/install/oscommerce.sql

but that did not work. I also tried permissions.... nothing working.. any Ideas????
