I am getting unusal rates as well ... the express rates are coming in extremely high. I think there is a problem on fedex's end. If you look at the dedug you will see that oscommerce just returns the information received from fedex. So the contribution is working ... Fedex is not. i-SHOT
Hey guys, Ours is the exact opposite, the quote is lesser than the actual charge. For example, a customer this morning got a quote (and paid) for $43 while the actual charge was $60. This has happened 3 days in a row :( As soon as I replied the above, it occured to me that the problem lies in the dimesions of the package. With Express, two different size boxes with same the weight incurs different rates. This customer's package was 87 inches in length+girth which I am sure resulted in a higher final rate when we processed the shipping label. Oh, brother. Yet one more thing to look into <_< Edited December 1, 2005 by i-SHOT Quote Helmie Ashiblie
