Customer Info appearing on a different Customer?

Recommended Posts

I have had several complaints this morning about customer info and cart contents showing up on other customers screens.

For instance when I went to my personal account I put one Item in it...All in the sudden there were 3 other items as well. When I went to checkout it had the info and addresses of a customer 200 miles away...

I also get a security certificate warning...

Any ideas?

Set 'Use Cache to 'false in your osC admin panel under Configuration.

Set 'Prevent Spider Sessions to 'true' under Configuration --> Sessions, and install the LARGE spiders.txt file from Contributions in place of includes/spiders.txt

Set the last line of both configure.php files to read 'mysql' where indicated -storing files in the database and not in a shared 'tmp' folder.

That should do it.
