osc administrator

I get the following error when I try to open the administrator for osc. The catalog works but I can use the administrator to configure the store.

 

I get the following error (Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in c:\Domains\datahosting.co.za\wwwroot\catalog\admin\includes\classes\upload.php on line 31)

 

I need advice on this!
