primadude Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 A USPS shipping price is displayed to the customer on the Delivery Information page. When the customer gets to the Order Confirmation page, the shipping price is rounded up or down to the next dollar. Why is the shipping price rounded and how can I display the exact cost that was presented to the customer. Note that I have not added a handling fee and the 10% increase due to maximum weight (50 Lbs) is not reached. Examples: Delivery Information Page USPS Shipping Charge: $8.05 Order Confirmation Page Shipping Charge: $8.00 Delivery Information Page USPS Shipping Charge: $9.68 Order Confirmation Page Shipping Charge: $10.00 Any help on this would be much appreciated... primadude Posted September 11, 2005 Author Posted September 11, 2005 Looks like it gets worse if the amount is larger. A shipping total of $23.82 for example rounds down to $20.00 at Order Confirmation. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks, Joe Quote

primadude Posted October 3, 2005 Author Posted October 3, 2005 Rick, others with this problem all have their web sites hosted at iPowerweb. I would be very interested in knowing where your web site is hosted. Joe Quote
