Discount depending in different factors...

There is someway to make a kind of discount (to some users -not all-) depending in the 2 first digits of the product model (code)?

 

I think it should be somthing like this... :

 

18:5;11:15;88;20

 

For code 18 (2 first digits) 5% discount

for code 11 -> 15% discount

for code 88 -> 20% Discount

 

 

This sould be in client page...
