Wrong letters in mails sent to customers

For some reason (help!) all the mails sent to customers (order confirmation, notes about forgotten password, etc.) the system somehow replaces the letter r with the letter n. Does anyone have a clue why?

For some reason (help!) all the mails sent to customers (order confirmation, notes about forgotten password, etc.) the system somehow replaces the letter r with the letter n. Does anyone have a clue why?

After changing e-mail linefeed from LF to CRLF the problem solved, but two new problems occured:

 

1: The system puts 'rn' before all n's

2: The system puts 'n' after all r's
