HELP ME BEFORE I GO CRAZY!!!!

I Am wanting to change oscommerce.gif to logo.jpg, i have looked in all the php files AND I CAN NOT FIND where to change this at... So please help me and tell me what file and fold and what line is it on.

catalog/includes/header php

replace the standard gif with yr jpg and make sure to place the jpg in catalog/images
