mushindo
oscommerce is released under the GNU public license. Meaning in short that while oscommere copyrights most of its contents, it is owned by everyone. It is open source software application. Anyone can take the program and reuse it, redistirbute it, customize it, basically whatever they want to do...short of claiming it to be their own. Another good way to look at it: you shouldnt charge a customer for oscommerce itself, but you CAN charge for designs, customization of oscommerce, installation fees, contribution installs, etc. Hope that helps. Sincerely, Bruce 19 contributions submitted
