Help Me sing the EasyPopulate Praises

I am very close in getting data up to my site. I downloaded the complete tab delimited file from EP, edited in MS excel, added only three more lines(3 more categories). No errors when I uploaded. It listed the file name that was uploaded, gave information that it was in the temp folder...When I look at my catalog, I do not see those new categories I added.

 

So, no data is added into the database. Can somebody please offer a clue. I appreciate your help.

Just needed to add to my previous post here. Is a record of what was added supposed to be displayed or simply the message that the file was added? Somehow the records are not be updated with my new categories. PLease, please, please help!!! Non of my many posts have been answered. I am basically learning as i am going..

sounds like the file isnt uploading correctly, are you sure have set everything correctly, Model numbers for all items?

did you add different model#'s for products? all apostrophes in the description have \ in front of them?
