♥peterpil19 Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 Hi, the images on my product info page are way too small, but when adjusting the "small image" size in Admin, I found out that the "What's New?" image increases also (as it obviously uses the product image) causing the Colum_Left to increase and making the page look cramped. :o Is there a way to stop the "What's New?" box Image from increasing, i.e. by setting a default size and/or stopping admin from controlling it? Also, if I decide to replace the "What's New?" box with a "Featured Products" box, will I have the same problem? Thanks for any help! My site is www.greekandromancoins.com --Peter <{POST_SNAPBACK}> check your boxes for the words SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH and SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT you can replace those by numbers to select, but if you have several boxes using the same, new format, easiest would be to make 2 new define statements called SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH_COLUMN and SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT_COLUMN by inserting the info into the configuration table, entering the correct values in admin -> configuration -> images and calling those new variables instead the old ones in your boxes. for the insert, steal the code from the install folder, oscommerce.sql and adjust those 2 lines ... :-) Monika addicted to writing code ... can't get enough of databases either, LOL! my toolbox: Textpad - Compare and Merge - phpMyAdmin - WS_FTP - Photoshop - How to search the forum Interactive Media Award July 2007 ~ category E-Commerce my advice on the forum is for free, PMs where you send me work are considered consultation which I charge for ...
