stiksandstones Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 I have had a few returns, (many sales though so I aint cryin) and usually if an item is returned I DELETE the order and RETURN item to inventory checkbox. Sometimes thought the person will return one thing-from a many item sale. I like deleting the returns to keep my reports in tact, so, question is... Can I go into phpmyadmin and pull out one line/product that was returned, but leave the other items in tact of the sale (if I could, it would have to recalculate tax rate, new total, etc)????
