E-mail to a friend

Hi

Sorry but my English are not so good, but i try with a question.

When I try to use the function sen a e-mail to a friend about a product, the second page where I fill in my name, e-mail, message etc.

In the field my name and e-mail the little red star (*) is missing, how do I fix this problem?
