dirksmith Posted September 7, 2005 Posted September 7, 2005 hi Does anyone know how to ensure that the Paypal payment screen offers both the credit card payment option AND the paypal option (login to paypal account). I had both options working on a previous site - but on my new site for some reason only the Paypal payment / login option is showing. I can't see anything in the paypal profile menus to fix this. thanx dirk
jlr1001 Posted September 7, 2005 Posted September 7, 2005 I've spoken with people at Paypal about this and they say it's cookie based--my problem was I had the older version of the paypal credit card payment or login screen. I saw that they had updated the screen to make it less confusing but I couldn't see it "from my website." I thought as you did that it was something with my account. After talking with Paypal I realized that i must have seen the new screen on another computer. Try clearing all your cookies (or at least the cookies from Paypal) and test your cart again. (Of course, anyone reaching the Paypal checkout screen for the first time via your shopping cart would see the screen with both the cc payment or paypal login options). Hope that helps. -jlr1001
