worldpay problem

I have installed the World Pay contrib and everything appears to be working fine, but when I make a transaction I dont get redirected back to the site. Also the order has not been placed into the database.

 

Another question, why is the reference number so long ?

Hi

 

I used Worldpay for a while and ended up using an older Module to get it to work. (Sorry i can't remember which one!) Make sure you have the correct redirect code in your Worldpay set up at Worldpay not the one in your in your Admin.

Your orders will not update, as the code for adding all the details as complete to your database come from the checkout success page. Therefore, the customer has to reach this page for you to see the purchase/order.

The code/ref is a mile long, i asked many times on here if anyone knew how to change it with no answers.

I'm in the UK and now use SECPay. Worldpay was too expensive for me and the long ID meant nothing without checking back.
