Guest Posted September 7, 2005 Share Posted September 7, 2005 Hi, Having some problems with pm2checkout, hope this is the right place to post: 1. When pm2checkout is installed and configured does it show up as pm2checkout or 2CO in the payment module of the admin section? All I see is 2CO. 2. I've run some test purchases through the site after installing pm2 and enabling 2CO in the payment module (assuming pm2 = 2CO in the payment module). Two issues arise: a. The credit card info has to be entered on my site and then again in 2CO. I thought this was not required with pm2? b. After the purchase is complete the user is sent back to the site via the pm2checkout redirect page, but when the user arrives back at the site he gets a message saying the payment did not go through and that he should try the payment again. In addition the order is not removed from the users shopping cart and is not reported in the admin panel. Could anyone advise on this plz? The cart is at www.m4gsoft.com/shoppingcart.
