rosersmk Posted September 7, 2005 Posted September 7, 2005 I tried using the "Table Rate" once before, but it wasn't working with the way I was entering the weight. Does anyone know how to enter the weight correctly? I think I will use the USPS option this time, but I need to know if I can put .5 for half a pound. Does the program work this way? I don't want to have to enter a minimun of 1 pound for everything. I have a lot of paper products, and I don't want to overcharge if someone orders 5 pieces of paper and it ends up being 5 pounds. Any help would be appreciated. I basically need to know exactly what I can enter in the weight field on the product. Thanks, Mary
Guest Posted September 7, 2005 Posted September 7, 2005 enter the weight in decimals, if it eights 1/4 of a pound, enter it as .25
Guest Posted September 7, 2005 Posted September 7, 2005 yes use decimals... I set mine up cause client product is charging 1.95 up to 13 ounces = .8125 of a lb. so it would be: .8125:1.95,whatever else, etc
