Add special feature to product for different price

We want to have an option:

 

"*The buffet is shown filled with 1 lb.of chocolates and assorted teas which

are not included, but are available for an additional $29.95."

 

Where people can click the asterik star * which will be a radio or check box button and then the price will change from $79.95 to $109.90. Is this possible?

Include Chocolates & Teas:

 

With options of yes or no

Yes. But when you choose "Yes" it charges an extra $29.95. And if you leave the option on "No" it leaves the price the same.

 

How do you do this????
