Customer comments not displaying the letter "a".

Hello,

 

I added a few helpful contributions over the weekend. All of the orders that are now coming through, are not including the letter A on the customers comments.

 

for example please call before monday would like this

 

ple se c ll before Mond y.

 

-- so this doesnt look good for the site. as customers see it on their account page and checkout confirmation page.

 

anyone have any idea how to fix this??? - I installed the comments at a glance module and the comments toolbar.
