Missing Image on Categories Page!

Please help! When you click on any of my categories pages there is a missing image in the top right corner. You can see it from this link:

When you view the source it shows that the problem is that there isn't a filename referenced for the image:

 

Ex:

 

img src="images/"

 

The problem is I can't find which file I can change it in. Anyone know?

 

One more question...

 

I had someone give me a direct threat that they loved the site design so much that they were going to hack in and steal it. I didn't know how to respond. What are my rights?

Check with your admin panel when you edit a category (not product) if an image is assigned to it. You can also disable the image required through the admin->configuration->Image required
