How do you get help from oscommerce???

Can anyone tell me where I can get help from oscommerce apart from the forums as no one has been able to help - or wants to help - with my query, which I really need help for. It is very frustrating not having any other kind of support - does anyone have ideas???

I feel the same way! No one helps out just looks and there is no input. I have tried to find a number or something myself but it seems like they just are not reachable. If I find something I will post it.

Noone tries to help? this board is full of advice from people, oscommerce is not a "commercial" product hence the reason you dont get official support.

 

OScommerce is the best value shopping cart available, that doesnt mean its the easiest.

I totally agree. I've recived tons of help and found many solutions on this forum. Have you tried searching? Sometimes the number of results can be overwhelming, but if you dig enough you can usaully find your answer without posting a new topic.

Hi,

this forum is to help.

i just suggest that if you put down your request in proper details there are all good chances of you getting a proper reply.

With no assumptions you should put in all details like what different contrib you are using and what is the flow the related environment variable and you will find answers that just gives you the wanted smile.

 

A forum cant have 70000 plus members without that.
