boudster
When customers select the paypal payment option on my site and then submit their payment though paypal I receive the paypal payment but I do not receive the order from them, so I have to contact them to find out what they ordered. Does anyone know the solution to this problem. The site is www.fragsncrabs.com I know there is a link back to my site once they have paid via paypal, but when they click on the link it forces them to entere their user name and password again. Do they have to log back in in order to complete their order?

Wendy James
Is the link back to your store going to the correct page? Mine is set to go back to myurl.com/checkout_success.php and don't have a problem with it needing people to log back in. The having to log back in will probably be why orders and not showing up or atleast a huge part of the problem. Not sure what the PDT is though so can't help you with that. satish
PDT stands for Post Data Transfer which is Paypal>>Profile>>website preferences in this you will find Auro return option on/off Post Data Transfer om/off So you need to set PDT on else no data is posted back and this results in customer not being detected so a login is where you are taken too. Please use the following identity token when setting up Payment Data Transfer on your website. lf1VQBv17R-qyvrksi807wDl4XM-XXXX Do I need to add something to OSCommerce in regards to this? A concept of spoofing is where a cross check thru this PDT token is done. You should not let people know what the value of your line PDT token is. Do I need to have the "Force Cookies" turned on in order for it to remember the customer's order from the time they leave the site to go to paypal to when they return. For some reason it is forcing them to log on again when they return from paypal.
