Trying to import xml data feed

So I have my xml file with my 400 products.

 

But I have no idea to import it. I've seen talk about a "parser" and I've also tried EP and that had parse errors on each version I tried.

 

Before I go mess with EP anymore, is it easy to convert an xml file to cvs so I can import it? Or is there a better way to import the xml file? I heard about cron jobs, but what exactly is the command I need to use?
