Receipt email for admin?

Hi guys,

 

Two questions really, apologies if this is in the wrong section:

 

Firstly, is there any way I can have the store send a copy of the receipt that is sent to a customer upon purchase to the admin for record-keeping purposes?

 

Secondly, is there any way I can have the system automatically download a product? At the moment it redirects the user to the 'save as/ open from' dialogue. I am seeking to have it simply 'open from' without asking. The user is not downloading an exe or a zip in this case, but is being sent to a redirect url, so its html.
