Here's the deal, I want to EXCLUDE the shipping cost in the order total.

 

But the kicker is that I want to keep the UPS shipping module to allow customers to select their shipping preference (ie., Next Day, 2 Day, etc.). And I will update shipping cost later.

 

Any idea of what file and code :) will stop the shipping cost from being calculated into the final order total until I want it to?

 

Tried un-installing the total in the orders module, but then the order won't even be recorded into the database.
