innovationsuk Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 :angry: Hi guys. I have a big problem. I just installed the latest 1st sept2005 release of paypal ipn. However, when i go through the order process - paypal reports that shopping cart is empty. When i click the refresh cart button, it stated that this user is not registered to accept paypal website payments. I have checked all the admin settings and all paypal.com settings - but no luck at all. I have noticed that on the standard paypal installation the address passed to paypal included by email address, however, with this installation it simply states 'https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr' in the address bar.
