Alleyway
:( Our shipping was not using AusPost properly, our australian postal service and was calculating shipping above what it should have been.. So i created Table rate, and made it based on weights so when it hits 500grams it charges 9.50 for express bags, and under that 6.50.. FOR some reason it wont change when the items go over 500 grms.. IS OSC not measuring in Grams or what, i cannot work out.. PLEASE, so urgent assistance is needed as orders are coming through, but shipping is making it very difficult to organise with customers everytime !!! Any info would be greatly appreciated and could i be contacted either by email to contact@alleywaymusic.com or MSN at alleywaymusic@hotmail.com THANKS

If the AusPost expects grams you will have to decide how you put the weight with the products and after that make sure this is correctly reflected in your shipping table. In example: if you put the weight with your product like 0.5 which would mean 500 grams and 1 would mean 1 kilogram your shipping table should say 0.5:6.50,10:9.50 That says every package upto 500 grams is 6.50 and all above that upto 10 kg. is 9.50. Also make sure you set the correct value in Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packaging->'Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship' according to the above. And try 0.5 instead of .5, don't know if that might confuse the shipping weight calculate routine.
