I use Creload 6 and I installed the Voucher Coupon module that comes with it. (unless I'm wrong) I set up a coupon in the coupon admin. But nothing shows on the website. In answer to your question, in Admin > Modules > Order Totals, you need to enable the discount coupon and gift voucher modules.
