Parse Error help

I did quite a few searches, couldn't seem to find my particular problem...

 

I am not very intelligent when it comes to php editing, however I only made one change:

define('HEADING_TITLE', 'What\'s New Here?');

to: define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Welcome!');

 

and got this error:

 

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/.painterovenheater/***/***/wfstore/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 13

 

I decided to put back what was originally there and still got the error. Then I uploaded the original untouched index.php and still have the error.

 

I'm a little confused at this point...
