Guest
Yes i have the same problem!!! i am in australia and all my prices must contain GST but when i enter the full price in to the admin-products page, the page shows when loaded a 10% reduction in price ? I do want to sell to over seas countries where the GST (goods & services tax ) is taken out but i still want it to display the correct price with the product information pages. can anyone help to get this to happen Pete
Guest
this doesn't appear to be affecting my customers, does it affect yours? whatever i type into (net) is what's on my product page, shopping cart, etc..
Guest
the net price is affected by 2 separate components. Shipping and Tax. There is an option in the admin to switch on prices including tax. I guess that's what you meant with gross? The shipping can be installed as a module while the tax is calculated based on countries/zones. Both need to be setup in admin.
