Ok, my problem is when I try to load up my logo on the main page were the oscommerce logo is my logo just shows as an "X" with no picture.

 

But when i load back up the oscommerce logo, it shows no problem.

 

Any one any ideas?

Try uploading your image as oscommerce.gif into the images folder and see if that works. If it doesn't then check with your hosting company to see if File Upload is enabled in php.ini

Just noticed this " Error: Graphs directory is not writeable." this is on the top of the page when i log into the admin section of my website. Could this be causing the problem?

No, that wouldn't cause the problem with your logo, but if your 'images' folders aren't writeable then that could cause the logo problem. The 'images' folders need permissions of at least 755, and in some cases (depends on server) 777 (full permissions).

Tried that but still no luck. At this point it's doing my head in cause everything else was straight forward to set up/upload, this is just causing major headaches.
