The includes folders and the configure.php files inside them had the incorrect permissions set to allow the install to write to them.

The folders and the configure.php files need to have permissions of 777 during the install.

I have the exact problem but I think mine had the correct permissions. I checked after intall and it was set to 777

Do I have to reinstall it?

Can I manually change the configure.php file below?
