Looking for a better product attrib manager

I've been digging through the contribs to find one that does the following...

When choosing the options for a product it only lists the product options for the category you choose from the drop down menu rather than every product option.

Such that if I have category A B and C

when I choose option category A it will only list the options within that category.

So far I haven't found anything that states it does something like this.

Anyone have a suggestion?

I think QTpro only displays product attributes that are in stock (only from what i've picked up on the forum, I don't use it) so if you don't have that particular attribute in a particular product then..... Worth a look!

Light, in the absence of eyes, illuminates nothing.

Not exactly what I meant,

When I am adding an option I want, I only want it to let me choose from options within a certain category.

For instance,

I add a new product, I then edit it to add the available options for it.

at the bottom of that page is a form with drop down boxes.

When I choose Category A for options, then next box over should only show the options within the category A NOT category A, B, C like it does now.

This is exactly what you are looking for

:D

Very small contrib ... a bit of Javscript and a short php script. Very few mods ...

My only problem is although it should work ... I can't make it.

When it tries to pull in the options associated with the attribute nothing comes back in. When I run the code on its own I get an 1146 Table Error?!? and I am not sure what to do now!

If anyone gets this working can they reply to this post.

Thanks.
