Hi, is there a way to make the recovered cart a sale, i had a few customers that had ordered and they didnt click on return to merchant when finished, and the sale went into the recovered cart.

I have since made paypal auto return so this shouldnt happen again.

They have paid for their order, i just need to make it an order and not waiting to be completed.

Thanks

I've been experiencing this too. Can you explain what you mean by making paypal "auto return"? I'd like to do this too, but am unsure what you are refering to. Thanks!

Hi, if you log into your paypalk accont and clcik on Profile on the right and then click on Website Payment preferences there you will see a secion that says Auto Return, you will then need to put in your url http://yoururl/checkout_success.php.

As for the next part changing the recovered cart to an order. In the contributions is a master password, that lets you login as if you are the customer, i copied the code and uploaded the file.

Then logged into my clients account and continued onwith their order (even into paypal) then paid for the items. this then sent me back and confirmed the order.

(i refunded myself after)

I then had to go into the DB and change the dates as the dates were showing todays( i,e the date you just placed the order) and changed the dates to reflect the the dates correspndiong with my clients paypal payment slip.
