Modules reset

Hi guys,

 

I am having a weird problem with my payment modules.

 

How can I without reinstalling oscommerce reset all of the info for my payment modules..

 

I'm having a weird problem where I can't remove the settings I have entered for the paypal module.. It is installed but it won't let me uninstall it..

 

So if I can replace some files to just reset everything in my payment modules that should fix the trick and I can start over..
