Guest Posted August 28, 2005 Share Posted August 28, 2005 Need help --is there a USPS contribution that looks at order amount before calculation USPS shipping with insurance? I need to set a mimimum order amount for insurance calc. Exp: if order amt is less than $20, do not add insurance. If order amount over $20, then yes, add insurance. Is there such an animal out there? Right now, losing customer b/c they don't want to pay $2.50 for shipping a $7 item. But if I turn OFF USPS w/ insurance, then NO insurance amt is added to invoice! I then take risk of shipping large $$ orders without insurance, or I add insurance and EAT the cost (not charge to customer). Neither is a good solution! Need help asap.!! THANKS!
