Update from version 1.76

Hello,

 

I have a site with the Oscommerce 1.76 and I would like to update it to 2.2, but I have a lot of articles in my DataBase.

Is there a way to update the shop without having to introduce all the products again manually?

I've never even heard of version 1.76. There is a version 2.1 which you can upgrade from, but I doubt you can upgrade from anything earlier.

Ooooppppssss. It says define('PROJECT_VERSION', 'Preview Release 2.2-MS1');

 

I looked in other file and suppose I saw the version of the file instead of the commerce. I am sorry.

 

So Can I use my old database with this version? Is there important improvements?

I looked for this info in the Oscommerce site but I didn't find it.

Your database should be fine.
