Text: "Let's see what have" + "What's New here?"

Hi, can someone tell me in which files the greeting "What's new here" just below header, and the "Let's see what we have here!" (on product page) are located?

 

I've searched through each file, and it is the only text I cannot locate?

The way I find text is to use the search feature in Dreamweaver. Select the option to search through a folder (the folder being the osc install).

Hi, I know that the "What's new box" is in English.php, but I'm after the text "What's new here?" which is directly below the header but above the log in greeting.

 

Also, the "Let's see what we have here" isn't in English.php.

 

I've tried using dreamweaver's search functions but have been unsuccessful.
