Ive looked at some of the stores that others have and there are so many different looks and feels of them.

How do I change the default look of mine.

Is there a place to download free templates.

Oh how I hate being a newbie

I'm a victim of circumstance

Of those ten free templates, there is nothing different than you could do using oscommerce.

The place to start is your stylesheet.css file in your catalog folder. Alter the the text sizes, styles and colours first just to see what can be done. Then alter the background colours of nearly everything, and you have a modded oscommerce store.

There are many programs that will make doing this easy for you. I personally use a free program called top style lite. Do a search for it in google and download it.

Thats all there is to alter the look of oscommerce.

REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
