Help!! Backup error after move to new server

I have moved my site to new hosting and am getting an error when trying to do a backup. Everything else seems to be working perfectly and I have just input loads of new products which I don't want to lose.

 

Error message reads:

If any can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

try to unpack the file from gzip

if it will not help, try to import your backup somewhere else - like your own PC (if you know how)
