jackat
I'm building an online store and am trying to install OSCommerce through my hosting provider's admin pages. It won't let me, because apparently it includes an images folder and I already have an images folder in the root directory of my site. What should I do? (I feel compelled to say I'm new to all this so if responses could be sort of dumbed-down for me I'd appreciate it)
jadek
name your existing image folder "images_old". This way you don't have to move it but osCommerce won't look to it for images.

I wondered if maybe I could create a new folder within the root and call it osCommerce and install osCommerce there instead of into the root itself...? Will this work?
