No emails sent to client or to store owner

I just recently received hosting on a new webserver called H-Sphere for the control panel. I installed the oscommerce version they have on their server which it says its version 2.2 MS2. I installed and trying to setup my store and I was testing out features. I filled out my store information and put my email address at my domain down. I also put for orders a seperate email address down. I created several test client accounts and during the test i receive the emails that they created an order. But the client never receives an email about the order or the admin or client never receive an email upon account creation. I know the send command is working if it sends email to the admin for the orders. But why is nothing being sent to the client at all or to both admin/client during account creation. I checked the admin settings and it says email send is true and setup for "sendmail" and "lf" linefeeds and my server is unix/linux server. Can anyone please help me?
