Configure pages in PHP

I want to modify some pages but I can not have a access to pages , I get access denied message for the pages in /include catagory to modify top and bottam pages . how can I solve this problem my permission is 644 on the pages and include catagory is 755

From what I have noticed you have to drill down to the object you need to modify and change the security to 777. My recommendation is to change the item back to the security setting it was at prior to the modifications. Hope this helped you.
